Our biblical focus comes from Mark 9:30-37 with its heading: Who is the Greatest?
Having this gospel reading assigned for the Sunday preceding the federal election day gives us lots to reflect upon. Surely we all want to be special, the great one, most loved, don't we?!?!? However, God is not looking for one of us to be the greatest. God is looking for us to work together to help one another do great things.
