March 13/22 ~ 2nd Sunday of Lent AND Spring-Ahead Sunday
The focus for worship is our continuing companionship with God-in-Christ as we move through pains and problems trusting in the covenantal promise of never being alone.
Our bible readings: Genesis 15:1-12, 17-18 (God's promise of descendants and a land) and Luke 13:31-35 (Jesus laments over Jerusalem).
On Wednesday we started our Lenten Series: Pilgramage: Partners on the Journey... With this quote from Corrie Ten Boom, Wednesday meets Sunday as we think about our faith journeys needing guides, good company, faith, hope and trust.
