This parable is about how we think/thought we earned Love. How we thought that we would lose Love by mistakes. How forgiveness is not something that has to wait for repentance. How forgiveness is not a thing you do, but a way of the heart. It is God's Way. Something that feels like a homecoming, each and every time.
