Centering & Lighting the Christ-Candle
Open our eyes, Lord. Help us to see Jesus as he reaches out to heal our blindness. Help us to let go of all those things that keep us in darkness. This day as your word is proclaimed, let our hearts and souls respond with joy. Transform and re-form our lives to do your will. In Jesus name we pray, Amen.

Call to Worship/Gathering Words
Come, take refuge in the Lord, for God is good.
From the storms and struggles of life we come.
Come, rejoice in the Lord, for God will provide peace for you
From fear and anxiety, we come to find peace.
Come, open your hearts to the Lord and you will be given his blessing
Thanks be to God for the many ways in which we are blessed. AMEN.

*Hymn: “All Who Hunger” #460 VU

*Prayer of Confession
Loving God
We gather for worship in this place
reminding each other of your promise
that you will provide.
When our strength falls short,
when our faith seems insufficient,
when hope wavers,
we trust in your promise that you will provide.
Lead us and teach us to lean on you in all things.

Let us pause for a time of silent prayer
Amen
